The role
As a Client Partner you play a key role in Cognizant's growth and are responsible for rapid business expansion within one of our most important clients in the retail space.
You are responsible for the growth, health, and prospects of the client relationship. Your key success factors: Ability to identify new business, consult your client and manage excellent relationships with your stakeholders. Additionally, you have a deep understanding of IT tools, systems, and solutions.
You will identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to win large deals and grow the account.
You are not the one waiting for RFPs, you proactively make proposals to the client, offer solutions to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue.
We trust you to have an existing network and a deep understanding of specific challenges that your industry clients' experiences or will be exposed to soon, enabling you to propose solutions, open new doors and nourish your client relationship.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies and tactics to drive growth of the account relationship as well as cross-selling Cognizant services for the client's respective business area

• Review the performance metrics of the account with the delivery, operations, and finance teams on regular basis

• To develop solutions and a business plan, you collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams across Cognizant

• Identifying new opportunities is one of your strengths, building and expanding the pipeline

• To increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship, you have regular meetings and interface with the clients' decision makers and influencers

• You will be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the accounts

Your Qualifications

• Experience in a client facing sales role, gained in IT Consulting/Services

• Innovation and creativity are your lead qualities

• Successful in deal closing drives with proven history of winning large deals

• An outstanding communicator with cross-cultural skills combined with a visionary attitude and analytical curiosity

• English is a must, Swedish is a merit
