We are in search of a determined and enthusiastic product specialist for a client in Access control. As a product specialist, you'll have a vital role in supporting our internal support and customers by offering technical expertise, providing product training, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal colleagues.

Joining Your Future Team:

You will become part of the New Business team, which consists of three different product areas: access control, intercom, and network audio. You will be focusing on the access control area alongside another product specialist. The team comprises 14 employees, including sales engineers, product specialists, and product managers, with diverse cultural backgrounds, utilizing English as the primary language.



Responsibilities:

  • Training internal support staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge for providing quality customer support.
  • Collaborating with the R&D team to identify and resolve product-related issues and enhance product performance.
  • Monitoring requirements specifications to ensure our products meet them.
  • Participating actively in product launches by contributing release notes and addressing any product weaknesses.
  • Developing and managing product documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of hardware systems, particularly embedded systems.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Passionate about hardware with a strong technical interest.
  • Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of requirements specifications and product development (an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Swedish.
