Job Responsibilities

Vi söker dig som vill arbeta med att vägleda och ta fram tekniska lösningar till våra kunder inom områden såsom vatten & avlopp, HVAC, livsmedel och tung industri. Du kommer att stötta våra säljare och partners i deras dagliga arbete från försäljningsfas till idrifttagning samt ge teknisk support till befintliga kunder och deras kundinstallationer. Utöver detta kommer du även att genomföra tekniska presentationer och utbildningar hos kunder.

Till stöd har du vår säljorganisation, utbildningsmöjligheter och har ett nära samarbete med våra Applikations- och Expertcenter runt om världen. I tjänsten kan det även förekomma en del resor till våra kunder och partners runt om Sverige.

Dina arbetsuppgifter :

  • Daglig kontakt med våra kunder för att hjälpa dem och tillsammans skräddarsy anpassade lösningar.
  • Delta och driva tekniska utredningar från start till slut samt hålla produktutbildningar.
  • Planera och prioritera serviceuppdrag.
  • Ge prisuppgifter på reservdelar, uppgraderingar och arbete.
  • Samarbeta med försäljningsavdelningen för att identifiera behov och möjligheter för att öka försäljningen.
  • Kontinuerligt upprätthålla en förståelse för våra produkter, systemlösningar, applikationer och Danfoss DrivePro livscykeltjänster.
  • Föreslå förbättrings- och uppgraderingsåtgärder till kunder.
  • Uppdatering av teknisk dokumentation.
Background & Skills

Då rollen är bred är det viktigt att du är självgående och strukturerad. Du har ett stort tekniskt intresse och trivs med kundkontakt och att bygga långsiktiga arbetsrelationer. Som person är du även analytisk och har god förmåga att kommunicera och formulera tekniska lösningar på ett pedagogiskt sätt. Vi kommer att lägga en stor vikt på personliga egenskaper och söker dig som vill utvecklas som applikationsingenjör. Tjänsten kan därför komma att formas utefter bakgrund och arbetslivserfarenhet.

Vi söker dig som har :

  • Du har troligtvis en avslutad el/teknisk utbildning och har god förståelse av drivteknik samt automation.
  • Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att jobba med teknisk support/projektledning.
  • Du har erfarenhet av att hantera både kund- och leverantörsrelationer.
  • Du är en lösningsorienterad person som har lätt för att kommunicera och skapa förtroende i din omgivning.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Erfarenhet inom CRM system tex. Salesforce.
