About the Job

Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for a Quality Systems Associate to join our team in Göteborg.

As a Quality Systems Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the Quality Management System for our Global/Göteborg site, with a primary focus on the Document Management System, Records Management, and the Training Program. You'll ensure that critical documents are managed efficiently, and that compliance training is effectively issued across the organization.

Your role is pivotal in supporting the Quality Management System. You'll help guide and shape our Document Management System, ensuring that documents are created, revised, and obsoleted effectively, maintaining full traceability throughout the process. You will also manage and maintain our HQ hardcopy document archive room, coordinating all records entering and exiting the archive, and ensure that document and training materials align with our compliance standards.

Within this role you will also be issuing trainings, scheduling training classes/items and track training completions.

You'll collaborate with a multi-functional team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting quality improvement projects and providing back-room support during internal and external inspections/audits.

Experience:

Academic background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in document control and training within the Medical Device/Pharma or a related industry is preferred/required. Experience with MasterControl Document/Records Management and iLearn Training Management electronic tools is a distinct advantage.
