Supplier Quality Assurance Manager

Saab AB is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our Procurement organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers and products.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate Quality Requirements: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that quality requirements are clearly understood and met by our suppliers.
- Manage Supplier Quality Assurance: Plan, execute, and monitor supplier quality assurance activities, including audits, process qualifications, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including purchasers, production, product management, and product design, to align quality requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage Supplier Deviations: Investigate and resolve supplier deviations, focusing on root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Global Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers, ensuring that quality requirements are met and that suppliers are aligned with Saab's quality standards.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in supplier quality assurance, quality methods, and tools, or similar experience in an industrial company.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including effective root cause analysis, and documented knowledge of working according to ISO 9001/EN9100 or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
