About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in the APQP process and planning for PPAP requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the APQP process in cross-functional engineering teams to secure deliveries and meet customer product requirements and legislation.
- Plan and execute activities needed to meet PPAP requirements, including MSA, capability studies, and technical cleanliness.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in production areas, ensuring technical cleanliness, traceability, and compliance with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering and relevant working experience in quality assurance in a production environment.
- Experience with technical cleanliness according to VDA 19 and quality management systems according to ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949.
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes according to AIAG standards, MSA, equipment calibration, and statistical process control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in 8D and 6 sigma (green belt level) methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
