Vi söker en erfaren Quality Assurance Specialist till vår organisation i Göteborg. Som Quality Assurance Specialist kommer du att arbeta med att utveckla och upprätthålla vårt kvalitets- och miljöledningssystem (QEMS) i en global organisation.

Uppgifter och ansvar
  • Driva utvecklingen, förbättringar och coacha medarbetare i QEMS.
  • Skapa dokumentation för avdelningen.
  • Onboarding av nya fabriker i relevanta delar av QEMS.
  • Vidareutveckla och ansvara för avvikelseprocessen inom QEMS.
  • Hantera avvikelser på central nivå och driva förbättringar inom processen.
  • Driva internrevisionsprogrammet.
  • Driva innovation genom branschinsikter.
  • Koordinera tredjeparts certifieringar.
Krav och kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har minst en högskoleexamen inom ett relevant område och minst fem års erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete med fokus på att skapa förutsättningar för ett levande ledningssystem. Du har även erfarenhet av ISO-standarder, där en certifiering som ISO 9001-leadauditor är meriterande.

Du har en stark förmåga att samarbeta och förhandla i komplexa organisationer och projektmiljöer. Din beslutsfattande förmåga är analytisk och datadriven, med ett öga för detaljer och struktur. Du är proaktiv och van att arbeta självständigt i internationella miljöer, och har dessutom en stark digital förståelse samt god kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska.
