We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Assurance Specialist to join our team at Arion Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading system verification efforts and ensuring that electrical systems meet defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Environment Definition & Validation: Define and validate the test environment in accordance with component interfaces and expected system behavior.
- System Integration & Verification: Integrate, verify, and validate electrical systems based on predefined scopes and test plans, ensuring alignment with system behaviors and component interfaces.
- Test Execution: Execute test plans according to input requirements, instructions, and directives. Analyze test outcomes and draw conclusions based on expert knowledge and experience.
- Issue Resolution: Take operational responsibility for resolving issues identified during testing, ensuring timely resolution to meet project goals.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, providing day-to-day operational responsibility for team delivery.
- Quality Assurance & Readiness: Ensure quality and readiness of the system before release, adhering to defined methods and processes.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a mentor, coach, and educator to other team members. Provide guidance and support in complex system verification challenges.
- Project Leadership: Take responsibility for leading projects, contributing to the development of roadmaps and strategies, and aligning project work with the overall business strategy.
- Expertise Development: Act as a recognized expert within the organization, often serving as a go-to person for complex discipline-related issues. Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise or a strong generalist profile.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in system verification engineering, particularly in electrical systems testing and validation.
- Strong background in test environment setup, system integration, and verification processes.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, component interfaces, and system behaviors.
- Proficiency in leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from test results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
