**Supplier Quality Assurance Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our Procurement organization at Saab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance in relation to suppliers and cutting-edge technology for our products.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate Requirements: Effectively communicate relevant requirements in the supply chain, including process/product quality and general company requirements.
- Manage Supplier Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement supplier quality assurance plans, perform activities such as audits, process qualifications, and process improvements to ensure product quality.
- Work with Risk Mitigations: Proactively work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks, and implement preventive improvements.
- Manage Supplier Deviations: Manage supplier deviations with a strong focus on improvements, by challenging and supporting suppliers in defining and implementing preventive actions.
- Global Supplier Market: Work on a global supplier market in close relation with suppliers and relevant Saab stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or other relevant education/experience.
- Supplier Quality Assurance Skills: Extensive supplier quality assurance skills, quality methods and tools, or similar experience from any industrial company.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, including effective root cause analysis.
- ISO 9001/EN9100: Documented knowledge and experience of working according to ISO 9001/EN9100 or equivalent.
- Driver's License: Driver's license B is required for this position.
- Management Systems: Well-oriented in Management systems, Code of conduct, Business Continuity Management, Information Security, Risk Management, AQAP, SE-EMAR, PART 21G etc.
- International Experience: Experience from working in an international environment.
- Communication Skills: The ability to work well with many different people and professions is key to success, and excellent communication skills are required.
