The RoleProduct Lead plays a crucial role by overseeing the Product Managers in the Operator's Experience area. This entails guiding teams to success, aligning with EasyPark's vision, and fostering a product-oriented culture within the company.

As the Product Lead in Operator's Experience, you will be part of a diverse team spanning multiple countries, including Sweden, Germany, Norway, UK, US, and Israel.The role involves collaborating closely with various departments such as Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Distribution, and Marketing.You will contribute & make an impact through:
  • Developing Product Teams' understanding of corporate priorities and product strategy
  • Nurturing Product Managers to create valuable products that cater to customer needs
  • Supporting strategic and tactical product management
  • Ensure continuous improvement and skill development of Product Managers
  • Driving product prioritization and testing hypotheses effectively
  • Representing the product domain in cross-functional forums and global roadmaps
  • Challenging existing practices to foster continuous learning and improvement

Your backgroundThe ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with leadership/coaching background
  • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally
  • Previous work experience in Product or B2B/B2G SaaS companies
