Att vara en Community Manager på Helio betyder att du är viktigast i världen för våra medlemmar och gäster. Du är den första personen de ser när de kommer till jobbet samt den sista när de går för dagen och Helios viktigaste ansikte utåt.

Rollen är otroligt prestigelös och kan innebära att hjälpa den nyinflyttade medlemmen att få igång sitt WiFi, plocka disk ifrån ett mötesrum för 30 personer samt hålla en AW quiz för medlemmarna på en torsdagkväll. Väldigt få dagar kommer att se likadana ut, och du kommer att träffa tusentals personer i din roll som Community Manager.

Din viktigaste uppgift är att se till att varje medlem känner sig som en prioritet för dig och Helio Slussen. Du kommer att vara en del i hela medlemsaffären, från visning, till inflytt och sedan se till så deras arbetsdagar blir de bästa möjliga. Du hjälper till att representera företagen som hyr in sig hos oss genom att ta emot deras gäster och besökare med ett leende samt hålla våra gemensamma lokaler presentabla och snygga så de känner sig stolta att bjuda in till möten hos just oss.

Ditt fokus är på det som händer idag, imorgon och de kommande tre månaderna. I rollen som Community Manager deltar du aktivt i drift och har alltid stenkoll på nuet och närmsta framtid. Du rapporterar till Site Manager.

Med Helio vill vi skapa världens bästa ställe att ha sitt kontor eller möte på, och du kommer att hamna mitt i ett motiverat gäng med kollegor som tar sin uppgift både på fullaste allvar - och med en klackspark när det behövs

Hos Helio kommer du:


• Att vara en ambassadör för Helio och vår vision


• Att ta hand om medlemmar och gäster


• Att skapa en välkomnande atmosfär och hjälpa våra medlemmar nätverka


• Hjälpa våra medlemmar med allt från inflyttar, nycklar, förråd mm.


• Att organisera och genomföra möten för externa gäster, beställa mat och dryck


• Att organisera och genomföra event tillsammans med kunder och skapa oförglömliga stunder


• Vid behov hjälpa till med bokningar och visningar av coworkingytor och våra studios.

Vem är du som person:

  • Du är nyfiken och älskar att träffa människor
  • Du är prestigelös och en lagspelare som hjälper sitt team
  • Du är social med massor av energi
  • Du har jobbat med service & hospitality tidigare, gärna med möten & event.
  • Du har god vana vid att använda digitala tjänster. Vi jobbar dagligen med flera olika system för att kunna leverera bättre service, såsom Hubspot, lås- & larmsystem och affärssystem
