På Grebban tror vi på att skapa banbrytande lösningar och omdefiniera upplevelsen av digitala plattformar. Som Tech Lead här kommer du att vara hjärtat i vår tekniska verksamhet och leda ett team av utvecklare genom nya och inspirerande utmaningar.

Du kommer att vara vår främsta expert när det gäller att förstå våra kunders behov och omsätta dem till tekniska lösningar som överträffar deras förväntningar.

Tillsammans med projektledare sätter du upp projekten och är involverad i både projektfasen, men också förvaltningsfasen.

Passion, engagemang, ambition och en entreprenöriell inställning utgör en framstående kombination för att lyckas i rollen som Tech Lead på Grebban.

Vidare tror vi att du

  • Är en senior och självgående fullstack-utvecklare.
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda andra utvecklare och känner dig bekväm i rollen som teknisk expert i teamet.
  • Är van vid agil utvecklings- & projektmetodik som t.ex. Scrum.
  • Grebban har internationella ambitioner och att tala och skriva engelska obehindrat är ett krav.
  • Kundhantering, som t.ex. kundmöten, ta emot kunders önskemål/förfrågningar.
  • Ansvarig för att projekten genomförs enligt planering och att upprätthålla hög kvalitet och leverans av resultat.
  • Aktiv vidareutveckling av Grebbans Centra- & Norce-lösningar.

Rollen innebär

  • En delad roll mellan utveckling och ledarskap.
  • Ett större helhetsansvar i de projekt du utvecklar i för t.ex. arkitektur, kvalitet, tidsplan och kundnöjdhet.

Vem ska söka och ansökningsprocess

  • Gärna har 3-5 års erfarenhet av en liknande roll på antingen byrå, kundsidan eller på ett mjukvaruföretag.
  • Vi rekryterar löpande till Stockholm och Göteborg (generell remote-policy på Grebban är upp till halvtid remote, så sökande i närliggande städer eller ytterområden välkomnas).

Grebban är en av Sveriges ledande och mest snabbväxande design och e-handelsbyråer. Vi arbetar med några av Skandinaviens starkaste varumärken och stöttar med affärsutveckling av strategi, kod och design.

Som e-handelspecialister vägleder vi våra kunder för att de ska få bästa möjliga utfall i sina viktigaste försäljningskanaler. Varumärkesidentitet, tillväxtstrategier, grafisk design, UX- och digital design, branding, systemarkitektur och att bygga deras e-handelslösningar är därför exempel på vad Grebban erbjuder våra kunder.

Vi är headless-experter och arbetar främst med plattformar som Centra, Norce och Shopify Plus. Några av Grebbans kunder är J.Lindeberg, Björn Borg, Djerf Avenue, iDeal of Sweden, Hestra, NN07, RoyalDesign, Kosta Boda och Sandqvist.

  • Att vara med och utveckla i utmanande och roliga projekt, med varumärken du är stolt över att arbeta med.
