Comms Lead

We are looking for a Communications Lead to play a crucial role as a business partner for Tietoevry Tech Services in Sweden. As a Communications Lead, you will drive the company's growth agenda through strategic 360-degree marketing and communication planning. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within the business unit and the global communications and marketing team.

Your main focus will be to promote the company's growth agenda through communication and marketing. This involves building awareness and reputation, supporting sales, strengthening thought leadership, and issues management, as well as fostering a culture of openness, trust, and diversity through active employee communication.

Responsibilities as Comms Lead:

• Create and implement a 360-degree marketing communication plan to support Tietoevry Tech Services' business in Sweden. Collaborate across communication, sales, marketing, HR, and leadership to set agendas and priorities.
• Build awareness, reputation, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (clients, media, public) through proactive PR. Identify engaging topics and news angles to make an impact across various channels. Establish thought leadership in Sweden, contribute to issues management, and crisis communication.
• Work on strategic planning and practical implementation of marketing and communication activities for different stakeholder groups.
• Develop a relevant internal communication agenda and engagement that supports daily operations, strategic initiatives, and company culture based on trust and openness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in PR and communication, preferably in large complex organizations or agencies.
• Master's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in Swedish and English for engaging communication.
• Background in external communication and PR, including content creation.
• Experience in marketing.
