Vi utökar nu vår Tech-avdelning med ett spännande uppdrag som Data Management Specialist, där rollen är en nyckelkomponent som skapar möjligheter för Roarings framtid.

Om tjänsten

I rollen som Data Management Specialist kommer du få arbeta med data i hela livscykeln från leverantör till kund. Vi på Roaring erbjuder API:er som gör det möjligt för våra kunder att automatisera och digitalisera tidskrävande manuella processer, vilket skapar ett stort kundvärde. Genom att förstå kundens behov och utmaningar skräddarsyr vi lösningar som passar deras verksamhet.

Du blir en del av ett litet datateam där förhoppningen är att ni ska kunna stötta och komplettera varandra. Hos oss kommer du att ha en viktig roll i att säkerställa att vi håller högsta kvalitet i den data vi köper och levererar samt fortsätter att säkerställa högkvalitativ kundupplevelse i linje med tydliga mål och transparens i hela leveranskedjan.


Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Arbeta strategiskt med dataförsörjning, inklusive bedömning av behov, leverantörsval och intern datakontroll.
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av regelverk samt anpassa verksamheten efter förändringar i dessa. Förbättra arbetsmetoder kring hur vi använder och bearbetar data.
  • Hantera leverantörsrelationer, inklusive fakturering och avtal, samt övervaka och agera på ändringar och fel i leveranser.
  • Stötta organisationen rörande datarelaterade kundfrågor och delta i upphandlingsprocesser.
  • Delta i projekt kring databehandling och produktutveckling, inklusive testning och kvalitetssäkring.
  • Dokumentera och presentera datainnehållet i företagets tjänster och databaser.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet i arbete med dataprodukter, gärna inom en bransch som hanterar affärsinformation för B2B. Du har ett starkt tekniskt intresse och förmåga att se och förstå hur våra data och bevakningstjänster kan integreras i kundens verksamhet och processer. Du drivs av att leverera data av högsta kvalitet och att det är lätt för kunder att förstå våra dataprodukter. Du har en stark förmåga att analysera och bearbeta data för att stödja kundernas beslut och verksamhet. Du är motiverad av att utveckla såväl dig själv som vår datahantering och kundupplevelse.
