TMH International AB is strengthening the Systems, Solutions & Projects team with a skilled Application Specialist to join us at our headquarters in Mjölby, Sweden.
You will play a key-role in maintaining our ordering system T-Core (a solution built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform) and provide system support primarily to internal users. The T-Core ordering system is mainly utilized by our international Distributor Network to place orders for new products. It serves as the backbone of the TMHI ordering process and includes components such as product configurator (CPQ), and interfaces with various other systems in Toyota Group companies. In addition to maintaining the T-Core ordering system, you will also play an active role as an IT system specialist, supporting the main business areas within TMHI AB in various projects.
From a broader perspective we expect you, together with the team, to take responsibility for IT tools and applications within TMHI AB. You will work with the internal organization on the development of business tools and applications and drive business system improvements.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Monitor order system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal order flow in cooperation with system support providers.
- Provide order system training for external and internal users.
- Maintain price, cost & model data in the ordering system.
- Ensure our products can be configured correctly in the ordering system.
- Continuously develop and implement improvements of the ordering system and its components.
- Ensure relevant documentation for the ordering system and its components are available.
- Participate in various system-related projects and drive improvements and business system development.
- Responsibility for rolling out the ordering system in the Distributor Network.
We expect you to be a structured and methodical individual with strong people skills.
- You are a team player with a results-oriented and pragmatic approach.
- You enjoy working in an international environment.
- You have relevant IT/IS education and background.
- Experience of working with systems implementation, configuration, and support.
- Understanding of databases.
- Experience in maintaining business systems is meritorious.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
