about the role

As aData & AI Business Area Manager at Orange Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge data solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and develop the Data & AI business areafrom the ground up.

You will be working directly with the local Managing Director and in close collaboration with the Data & AI Director of the European region. Your mission will involve a range of activities like developing and managing a Data & AI area and your local team, collaborate on data solutions value proposition and work on pre-sales activities with a special focus on modern data platforms and cloud data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data cloud, and solid experience in sales and business management. As well asa deep understanding and expertise in leveraging data to drive business insights and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Management

  • Develop and own the local Data & AI strategy to deliver optimal customer value.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Data & AI specialists working for several customers on diverse data solutions implementation and consulting missions.

Presales Expertise & Business Development

  • Manage sales and opportunity development through pre-sales support which includes scoping/estimating, identifying and responding to client opportunities as well as meeting with customers to present solutions.
  • Proactively engage in customer meetings, demonstrating expert knowledge, creating demos and showcasing solutions that meets client needs.
  • Responding to RFPs and customer requests.

Delivery

  • Build and manage a delivery team to ensure the quality level of mission realized for customers.
  • Develop and enhance delivery methodologies, including workshops, templates, tooling, and frameworks.

Communication & Community

  • Lead external communication efforts, including participation in events, webinars, hackathons, and showcasing customer testimonials.
  • Close collaboration with Data & AI European community.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data & AI.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, AI, and analytics, with a keen awareness of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record in project and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in consultative selling and presales activities.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English (verbal and written).
