Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

    Drive change management within HR. Design and implement strategies that align with our business goals. Lead and develop the HR team to support the company's vision and objectives.
  • Employee Relations:

    Partner with managers to enhance the employee experience through effective communication, feedback, and recognition. Provide coaching on performance issues, ensuring optimal solutions for both the company and employees.
  • Employee Development:

    Create and support programs that enhance employee growth and leadership development. Participate in succession planning to foster a high-performing workforce.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Oversee compensation structures and ensure competitive, equitable practices. Advise on adjustments and promotions, maintaining fairness across teams.
  • Process Improvement:

    Initiate improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in HR operations, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to Swedish labour laws and relevant regulations, leveraging international experience to enhance compliance and best practices.
  • HRIS Management:

    Utilize HRIS systems to generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights that inform HR strategies.
  • Data-Driven Management:

    Analyze HR KPIs and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, employee relations, compliance, and development.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, report creation, and data analysis.
  • Experience engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
