Job Description

Join our Team as an HR Intern at Bosch Thermoteknik AB

As an Intern in Human Resources at Bosch Thermoteknik AB, you will be supporting HR Business Partners with general administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, preparing agreements, and onboarding new associates. You will also organize and track various associate training sessions. Additionally, you will oversee other interns, manage job ads, and conduct interviews. You will also have the opportunity to lead your project or reporting task.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related fields with a focus on HR
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively find solutions
  • Outcome-driven and proactive approach
