As they continue to grow and innovate, they are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to join their team and drive their data strategy forward.

Role Overview:

The Head of Data & Analytics is a pivotal new role within our client's organization, blending strategic vision with hands-on expertise. You will be responsible for owning the Data & Analytics space, transforming vast amounts of data into actionable insights that will guide both management decisions and local market strategies. You will leverage a variety of tools and technologies, primarily Power BI and other Microsoft stack data tools, as well as SaaS solutions that integrate HR data with business performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to support our client's business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of data analytics platforms and tools.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for senior management and local market teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external data and analytics vendors.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and data science.
Profile Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and data visualization, with a strong preference for experience in Power BI.
  • Proficiency in data engineering and data science.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack and other relevant tools in the Data & Analytics space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Other Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a multinational company or global organization and used to handle different stakeholders all the way from management to local teams worldwide.
  • Knowledge of additional data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in data analytics.
