Our client has been engaged in remote sales since its establishment in 2008. They are now in a phase of growth and are seeking new team members for the position of inside sales agents who can work from the comfort of their homes.
They are particularly interested in individuals who appreciate autonomy and prefer working from home. The sales activities target consumers and are conducted over the phone. It's worth noting that this is not about cold calling; all customers have either shown interest in the product or have been previous clients of the company.
Who are we seeking?
- Previous sales experience: While beneficial, prior experience in sales is not mandatory. Many of the current successful employees had no sales background before joining the team. The key requirement is the desire for personal growth and enjoyment in the job.
- Independent: While support and guidance are available, the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively is essential.
- Remote: For individuals working within England, a standard employment contract with benefits such as a pension scheme is provided. For freelancers, the opportunity is open regardless of location.
- Salary: The compensation is primarily performance-based, supplemented by a guaranteed minimum salary.
