Du är kreativ och brinner för att jobba med marknadsföring genom digitala medier, tryckta medier, samt events Du har ett högt driv och du är inte rädd för att testa nya idéer.

I tidigare roller har du arbetat med Sociala medier för att genom olika kampanjer nå ut till rätt målgrupper. Tack vare dina kunskaper inom grafisk formgivning skapar du ditt eget grafiska material till trycksaker och digitala kanaler. Dessutom har du erfarenhet inom retail och därmed har ett kommersiellt tänk och kundfokus med dig i ditt skapande.

Du trivs bäst när du får jobba tillsammans med andra och skapa förtroendefulla relationer med människor i din omgivning. Du motiveras av att vara i en miljö där du ständigt behöver förstå och anpassa dig och dina arbetsmetoder efter de snabba förändringar som sker i vår omvärld.

Dessutom vet du hur man:

• Skapar effektiv marknadsföring, kampanjer och events.

• Väcker uppmärksamhet med färg och form kan skapa inspirerande layouter.

• Skapar grafiskt material till trycksaker och digitala kanaler i Indesign

• Strukturerar och leder sitt eget arbete samt gillar flexibla dagar och arbetsuppgifter.

Vi tror att du har en utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom marknadsföring, grafisk design eller kommunikation. För att lyckas i denna roll är det viktigt att du behärskar både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Som Customer Experience Specialist hos oss är din roll att attrahera kunder både online och offline till Erikslund Shopping Center och att, tillsammans med våra partners (hyresgäster), skapa en fantastisk kundupplevelse. Du kommer att vara med i vår förändringsresa till att bli framtidens hållbara mötesplats där människor vill mötas och skapa minnen ihop.

Några av dina arbetsuppgifter kommer vara:

• Planera och organisera marknadsaktiviteter utifrån marknadsplaner

• Skapa, utföra och följa upp marknadsföring och events tillsammans med teamet, våra partners och IKEA.

• Stötta vår kundstrategi och säkra en personlig kundresa genom alla kanaler i och runt Erikslund Shopping Center

• Administrera, uppdatera och producera innehåll för hemsida, digitala skyltar, trycksaker, bokningsverktyg, partner portal osv.

• Skapa och samordna dekor i centrumet för olika tillfällen under året.

• Vara med och utveckla Erikslund Shopping Center till en mer hållbar mötesplats utifrån företagets hållbarhetsstrategi.

• Samarbeta med övriga teamet och externa partners för att identifiera och implementera olika initiativ på mötesplatsen som höjer den unika kundupplevelsen och optimerar verksamheten.

• Skapa förbättringar i marknadsföringen, genom att analysera data.

Som Marknadsassistent är du en del av ett team som består av sex personer och gemensamt arbetar ni för att skapa lyckade upplevelser och förutsättningar för både teamet, våra partners, våra kunder och besökare på Erikslund Shopping Center

I denna tjänst kommer du att vara baserad i Erikslund Shopping Center, Västerås. Din närmsta chef kommer vara Josefin Hallencreutz, Centrumchef.
