I denna centrala position kommer du att övervaka och tolka produktrelaterade lagkrav, utveckla rutiner och säkerställa att våra produkter uppfyller aktuella regler. Din expertis kommer att vara avgörande för att forma säkra och hållbara produkter som möter både våra kunders och regelverkens förväntningar.Rollen hör till vårt Product Compliance and Sustainability-team som hör till vår funktion Product Management & Sourcing.

I rollen som Senior Regulatory Specialist kommer du att:

  • Driva det produktrelaterade compliance-arbetet och ansvara för att bevaka och upprätta rutiner för att följa produktrelaterade lagar och krav.
  • Övervaka och tolka kommande lagstiftning och regler som rör Clas Ohlsons produkter och bidra till implementering av nödvändiga förändringar i processer och produkter
  • Upprätta och uppdatera rutiner gällande säkerhetskrav och regler, samt för riskbedömning.
  • Coacha Compliance Specialister och andra intressenter inom företaget.
  • Hantera företagets producentansvar, inklusive rapportering och dokumentation, för att säkerställa uppfyllnad av lagkrav.

Placeringsort: Insjön / Hybrid. I linje med vår Flexible Workplace-policy erbjuder vi möjligheten till arbete från hemmet eller annan plats, men med huvuddelen av arbetstiden förlagd på vårt huvudkontor i Insjön.

Vem söker vi?

Vi letar efter en kandidat med:

  • Kandidatexamen i naturvetenskaplig disciplin.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av kvalitets- eller regulatoriska roller, gärna inom kemikalier.
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av marknadskontroller och tillsynslagstiftning.
  • Erfarenhet av att coacha och vägleda ett team.
  • Förmåga att planera, prioritera och genomföra aktiviteter i enlighet med företagets mål och kommande regelverk.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift
  • Vi ser det som meriterande om du harförståelse för produktionsprocesser och erfarenhet från sourcing, med inriktning detaljhandel
  • Det är också meriterande om du besitter en djup förståelse för kemiska produkter och de tekniska och regulatoriska krav som gäller för dem
