Are you our next Growth Manager for the Dutch market?

Join our Marketing team and take on the challenge of launching NO GA and establishing a market leading position in the Dutch market.

What will you work on?

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the company's growth in the Netherlands. Your main tasks consist of increasing the company's sales and brand awareness in the Netherlands through various initiatives. You will act as an idea generator and own projects from idea to implementation.

To begin with, you are responsible for the launch of our site, our premarketing strategy and overall competitive analysis together with the product & marketing team.

You will then run our daily operations of our Dutch market which means maintenance of the NO GA site, translation and implementation of all digital communication in newsletters and on site, specify product features adapted to the Dutch market & run initiatives to locally adapt our marketing strategy and campaign plan.

As a person, you are a "doer" with an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable navigating and prioritizing between tasks in both Marketing and Operations. You need to enjoy working in a high pace environment.

The ambitions are high and the goal is to become the market leader also in the Dutch market. The result of your work is measured by defined and quantifiable key figures.

What are we looking for?

At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce and marketing.

You love sales and have a proven ability to increase a company's sales through various initiatives.

You have an eye for visual communication and understand brand building

You are fully fluent in speaking and writing in Dutch (mother tongue) & English

Good knowledge of the Dutch market in terms of competitors, our segment, influencers and media landscape

Personal interest in design and interior design

As a person, you are a positive and solution-oriented team player with a get-things-done attitude.

You will be located at our HQ office in Stockholm and be a part of Nordiska Galleriet Groups exciting journey to become the largest retailer of design furniture in the world.
