Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Operate the facilities connected to Aktivitetshuset, overseeing meetings and events both in person and online.
  • Manage information and communication on the website and social media platforms.
  • Handle the reception, kitchen cash flow, and other facilities at Aktivitetshuset.
  • Organize activities that align with IKEA's health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure all individuals feel welcome and a sense of belonging at the house.
  • Show excellent service and hospitality in all interactions.
  • Establish and update internal procedures and documentation.
  • Act as a representative of IKEA's culture and values at all times.
