Ansvar:


• Leda hela livscykeln för SAP-projekt, från kravinsamling och planering till driftsättning och support.


• Hjälpa till att växa på den svenska marknaden


• Samarbeta med intressenter över affärsenheter för att förstå och översätta deras behov till funktionella SAP-konfigurationer med hjälp av team.


• Utveckla och implementera omfattande projektplaner inklusive omfattning, tidsplan, budget, resursallokering och riskhantering.


• Hantera och mentor SAP-projektteam, främja en samarbetande och effektiv arbetsmiljö.


• Övervaka systemkonfiguration, datamigrering, testning och användarutbildningsinitiativ.


• Identifiera och minska projektrisker proaktivt, säkerställa att kursen korrigeras i tid och att deadlines följs.


• Kommunicera effektivt med intressenter, tillhandahålla regelbundna uppdateringar, framstegsrapporter och ta itu med problem omgående.


• Hantera projektbudgetar och säkerställa optimalt resursutnyttjande.


• Hantera projektekonomi.


• Håll dig uppdaterad om de senaste SAP-teknikerna, trenderna och bästa praxis.

Kvalifikationer:


• Kandidatexamen i företagsekonomi, informationsteknologi eller ett närliggande område.


• 7-10 års erfarenhet av SAP-projektledning, med starkt fokus på specifika SAP-moduler, t.ex. S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud-distributioner.


• Beprövad meritlista för att framgångsrikt leverera komplexa SAP-projekt i tid och inom budget.


• Stark förståelse för SAP-projektmetoder, såsom Activate och Agile.


• Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och hantera flera prioriteringar i en miljö med högt tempo.


• Stark analytisk och problemlösningsförmåga.


• Erfarenhet av att bygga och hantera relationer med kunder, leverantörer och interna intressenter {onshore/nearshore/offshore}.


• Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
