ABOUT THE JOB
  • Manage the progress of projects within TUI Airline closely with business sponsors, airlines, and source market leads. Provide support and challenge as necessary. Offer strategic input into business development.
  • Accountability for the project plan, obtain input from workstream leads. Responsible for reporting operational and financial KPIs for board meetings. Assist in preparing the risk report.
  • Develop project delivery strategy, manage dependencies, and capture synergies. Ensure appropriate project governance is in place.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate issues/risks. Manage dependencies tightly to maintain momentum. Report to governance groups regularly.
  • Make complex issues understandable for stakeholders. Prepare for key stakeholder forums. Develop business cases for approval.
  • Ensure high delivery standards for project teams. Embrace and input into the wider Group Airline strategy.
ABOUT YOU
  • Demonstrable project management experience in a complex, consensus-driven organization. Aviation/airline industry background preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Understand customer needs and commercial drivers. Good communicator and influencer.
  • Experience building consensus around change. Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong attention to detail. Team player with a collaborative approach.
