Job Description

As a Project Manager you are responsible for project management of initiatives within Store Format. Informal leader who leads a cross functional team according to a defined project specification. The project manager assures right competences with effort estimations and is responsible for an efficient collaboration and communication. The Project Manager is responsible for stakeholder management to ensure project execution according to set expectations regarding time, cost, scope, and quality. The project manager is reporting to the steering group and if deviations occur always strives to suggest alternatives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Project Goals & FUP: Set and track progress and outcome.
  • Project Management: Develop plan, ensure delivery on time in scope and budget, monitor & track progress, secure project doc.
  • Communication & Stakeholder management; manage changes to scope, time and cost, report & escalate to management as needed, manage relationship with project ordered, ensure communication flow.
  • Risk Management; manage and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
  • 4-5 years experience in leading cross-functional teams in the project context
  • Very Strong Project Management skills including stakeholder & change management, scope & risk management.
  • Min 1-2 years' experience in driving store concept development projects
  • Experience from working in a changing environment with high speed, where your prioritization skills, communicating, delegating, and understanding the business impact is key.
  • Experience in driving projects through the development, production, and implementation phases
