Achieving significant progress is a result of bringing exceptional individuals together, as collectively, we shape the world we aspire to inhabit. The RoleAs a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for our Developer Portal, your primary responsibility will be overseeing a strategically crucial product aimed at attracting partners and developers to our ecosystem. You will lead the product roadmap, ensuring the portal aligns with the expectations of business stakeholders, developers, and other users. Your focus on enhancing the developer experience, streamlining onboarding processes, and fostering partner collaborations will drive the product through all stages of its lifecycle. This includes budget forecasting, follow-up, and ultimately delivering exceptional value. Key Responsibilities:
  • Roadmap & Backlog: Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business units to prioritize the team's backlog and align roadmaps. Ensure the team comprehends user needs, business strategies, objectives, and technology.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a link between business stakeholders and the development team. Your role demands strong communication skills, fostering relationships, and maintaining effective collaboration within a social environment.
  • Ownership: Manage and empower the development team with an ownership mindset. Drive continuous improvement in team operations and maintain open communication with your team manager for strategic alignment and budget oversight.
  • Functional Leadership: Lead, plan, and report ongoing activities in relevant forums and communities. Collaborate with the Business Analyst, team, and stakeholders to define requirements and contribute to common product team topics.

You should possess a university degree in a relevant field, agile expertise, familiarity with SAFe, and a structured approach geared towards fostering relationships and driving results across the organization. Proficiency in Swedish, English, and experience in the automotive industry are advantageous.
