Within the Analytics & BI (Business Intelligence) Delivery unit, you will be a member of a global and diverse team of highly skilled individuals. Our primary objective is to be a foremost collaborator in the development and industrialization of data products, analytics, and data science in partnership with other stakeholders.

Here's where you come in - your new challenge

As a Digital Product Owner, your role will involve taking charge of a specific segment of the data product, as well as overseeing analytics and data science solutions. Serving as an advocate for the product vision and your team, you will translate the roadmap into tangible outcomes, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and product vision. You will function as a key member of a stable team and will be responsible for managing the team's backlog, prioritization, and delivery.

You will lead the Product Data – Q&W Q-WAS Stable Team and report to the Head of Product Data. The team focuses primarily on solutions related to quality and warranty analysis of automotive warranty repairs. Most team members are situated in Brazil (Curitiba) and Sweden (Gothenburg), and we would appreciate your presence in Gothenburg.

As the DPO for this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the Agile Journey within the team and contributing to enhancing the team's agile maturity level incrementally.
  • Liaising closely with business stakeholders such as DPMs (Digital Product Managers) and SMEs (Solution Matter Experts).
  • Organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining the product development backlog.
  • Establishing and consistently meeting SLAs for all solutions managed by the team.
  • Collaborating with team development to ensure the presence of long- and short-term plans for adequate capacity and skills.

Who we are looking for

We presume that you are eager to elevate your career by collaborating with talented individuals globally. To excel in this role, we anticipate that you possess a university degree or equivalent and have 5-7 years of experience in a senior capacity, preferably in IT management, data science, information management, or a related field.

You should have a comprehensive understanding of the expenses, risks, and compliance requirements linked to development and operations to evaluate the benefits and value accurately.

Moreover, we are seeking someone with experience in digital product orientation and agile methodologies, along with knowledge of data, analytics, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) trends relevant to this position.

Additionally, you should be zealous about continuous learning. You must thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, demonstrate proven cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiently oversee, drive, and facilitate performance and transformation aspects of the role.
