Role:

Plant is now looking for a driven and experienced individual who is eager to assume the role of CFO. In this role, you will be a key player in the company's ambitious growth and development journey.

In this position, you will get an opportunity to contribute significantly to Plant's ambitious growth and development journey and help decarbonize the built environment. You will team up closely with the CEO, management team and other key members of Plant to proactively drive value enhancing commercial and operational development initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and improving solid financial analytics, control and reporting mechanisms within the company to keep close and accurate track of financial progress. You will also develop and maintain highly automated reporting to shareholders in close collaboration with the CEO

The right candidate for the role has:

  • Experience in startup/scaleup B2B SaaS combined with clear understanding of the connection between SaaS KPIs, P&L and cash flow
  • Experience in creating automation of reporting and the extraction of financial data from bookkeeping, accounting, CRM and other systems.
  • At least three years experience in roles within finance, auditing or business administration with a demonstrated ability to work and lead independently
  • Strong ability to develop, automate and lead a finance function in a growth-oriented environment
  • Commercial mindset and a track record of having brought commercial improvement initiatives into actions
