I din roll som Demand Planning Manager leder du ett team bestående av fyra personer varav tre arbetar som Demand Planners och en som Transport Coordinator. Din roll är såväl strategisk som operativ då du även har ett ansvar som Demand Planner för ett produktområde. Demand Planning teamet fungerar som en länk mellan Norden och Europa. Det är en bred och omväxlande tjänst där du har många kontaktytor med Exides fabriker, centrala funktioner i Europa och en mycket en nära dialog med nordiska säljare, nordisk customer service, lagerpersonal samt externa leverantörer. Du arbetar kontinuerligt med att analysera, utmana, ta fram förbättringsförslag och implementera föreslagna förändringar.
Tjänsten är placerad på kontoret i Mölnlycke och du rapporterar till nordisk logistikchef.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer bestå av:
• Planera, leda och samordna leveransprocessen från beställning till leverans
• Ansvara för att lagerföring, materialstyrning och leverans sker effektivt och i linje med verksamhetens mål
• Initiera, driva och följa upp projekt som utvecklar och optimerar våra flöden
• Leverantöransvar
• Främja en stabil och förtroendeskapande arbetsmiljö
• Kontinuerligt coacha och motivera dina medarbetare
KVALIFIKATIONER & PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER
För att lyckas i rollen är du en prestigelös "doer" som har lätt för att bygga relationer och är en genomförare som får saker att hända. Du är beslutsam och engagerad med förmågan att utveckla människor, processer och verksamheter för att skapa större kundnytta. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av en liknande roll inom Demand/Supply Chain Management där du har fått möjlighet att driva och utveckla processer, flöden och arbetssätt. Du har förmågan att arbeta såväl operativt som strategiskt och förstår att synlighet och deltagande i den dagliga driften är en förutsättning för att bygga ett framgångsrikt team. Du har god erfarenhet av "produktion till leveransprocesser". Du är duktig på att kommunicera på alla nivåer inom ett företag och tycker om att skapa och bibehålla relationer. Du är en engagerad och coachande ledare som har förmågan att entusiasmera och inspirera samtidigt som du är empatiskt och professionell. Du är noggrann, systematisk och strukturerad och drivs av att arbeta mot uppsatta mål. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift och har mycket goda IT-kunskaper. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av Oracle eller annat likvärdigt ERP system.
