Rollbeskrivning

Irollen som Gruppchef kommer dina fokusområden vara kund- och affärsutveckling samt rekrytering och utveckling av medarbetare. Genom bearbetning av såväl nya som befintliga kunder, utvecklar du vår affär och partnerskap där du säljer hela Knightecs erbjudande, inte enbart ditt team. Du är en person som naturligt arbetar med försäljning och driver utvecklingen av strategiska affärer och projektåtaganden.

Du kommer leda ett team hos ossdär du kommer att mötas av en variation av kompetenser. Du agerar förebild och är en ledare som ser värdet av att investera i medarbetare. Genom nyrekrytering och utveckling av befintlig personal bidrar du till att stärka Knightecs kultur och erbjudande. Du brinner för att förstå omvärlden och våra kunders verksamhet och du delar gärna med dig av dina erfarenheter. Du bidrar starkt till att forma en modern företagskultur där människor inspireras, trivs och utvecklas.

Av dig som ledare krävs en hög förståelse för kundernas verksamhet i kombination med en utvecklad förmåga att tillsammans med dina kollegor driva och utveckla affärer och projekt.

Du har en stark bakgrund inom tjänsteförsäljning och en branschrelevant bakgrund som kan omfatta områden som produktutveckling, konsulttjänster, mjukvara eller liknande. En god teknisk förståelse är ett måste, och om du dessutom har erfarenhet av projektleveranser kommer detta vara mycket meriterande för rollen. Ett gediget nätverk inom branschen ses som en stor fördel. Vidare ser vi gärna att du tidigare har axlat ledande positioner och har erfarenhet från att coacha och utveckla individer.
