We are strengthen our Indirect Procurement team with a Category buyer. You will be strategically and tactically responsible for selected categories including development and implementation of purchasing strategies as well as responsibility for suppliers and tenders within the category. The position will also have responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships with suppliers and with various business functions internally and different international Arjo entities.

Focus areas

• Develop and implement strategies for selected categories and be Arjos point of contact for the suppliers.

• Together with category responsible define and build project pipeline

• Sourcing activities execution

• Contracting

• Negotiation

• Securing sources of supply

• Supplier relationship management

• Supplier on-boarding & phase out

• Supplier risk management

• Managing master data (ERP) for all categories

Qualifications

• Academic Degree (Bachelor)

• Experience of sourcing process and category management

• Experience of ERP and/or purchasing management systems

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Strong Negotiation skill and international experience

• Strong analysis skills

• Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel and Power Point)
