The Job

For our ambitious team, we are looking for a Senior FSQA Manager to manage our newly built warehouse in Bjuv, Sweden. You will be at the center of driving our quality assurance initiatives, maintaining close contact with the upstream FSQA team members, warehouse goods-in teams, procurement, and culinary teams, and our suppliers to ensure that the products we receive are compliant with the agreed specifications and in compliance with regulations. You will collaborate across markets, to share knowledge and lead quality projects.

Your normal work will include leading a team of three talented quality coordinators, you will also be leading parts of our error-reducing projects together with the strategic procurement and the FSQA technical team to ensure that our customers get the best possible experience. You will be responsible for the compliance of the warehouse, ensuring that audits and certifications are passed.

You will…

Ensure conformance to HelloFresh standards, BRC Storage and distribution requirements, HACCP principles, Food Safety regulations, GMP, including equipment and environmental sanitation Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the site quality documentation (e.g. PRPs, SOPs and specific monitoring records) Work closely with the production team in managing food safety and quality from inbounding to dispatch, including ensure conformance to HelloFresh standards, Food Safety Regulations, GMP, GHP, including equipment and environmental sanitation Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures (e.g. managing FIFO, leftover food, communication processes) Collaborate with the International FSQA teams on strategic projects successfully adopting and implementing these locally Led a team of technical quality coordinators responsible for daily supplier communication, conducting destructive testing upon receipt, and inspecting first-time received products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations Analyse error data for trends and developing issues. Work to not only find defects, but also to find the root cause defect and develop sustainable solutions Support investigations of Serious Food Safety complaints for the Nordics across all categories including weekly and monthly trends Inspire colleagues to care about our products and brand

You have…

Master's degree in Food Science or similar discipline +2 years of experience in a production site A structured approach to work, detail orientation and you take pride in what you do Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish is a must.  Good analytical skills - solid command of Excel/Google Sheets is a must Experience working in a GMP facility is an asset and familiarity with HACCP principles A positive “whatever it takes” mentality that drives you to find solutions quickly and whenever needed Proactive, confident in manner, and can deal with a large and complex network of suppliers delivering a large quantity and variety of perishable ingredients You are characterized by strong social skills and a confident and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations
