Compliance Officer

What you would do as our Compliance Officer

As a crucial part of our legal team, you will have a key role in protecting our worldwide operations and reputation. Under the supervision of our General Counsel, you will be instrumental in formulating and executing efficient compliance programs and policies. You will also:

  • Conduct compliance audits, evaluations, and inquiries.
  • Deliver compliance training and awareness to employees, managers, and associates.
  • Provide updates on the status and effectiveness of compliance initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance concerns or risks.
  • Collaborate with legal team colleagues and external attorneys on compliance-related issues.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments impacting our sector and offer advice on implications.

The skills and experience you need

We are searching for an individual with:

  • Master's degree in law or equivalent; Compliance certification is desirable.
  • Fluency in English; Ability in other pertinent languages is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in multinational corporations or respected law firms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in compliance audits and inquiries; Background in security or hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
