GlobalConnect söker en Pricing & Product Manager för dess affär inom villafiber (Private Homes). Vill du vara med och påverka vår privatkundsaffär genom att definiera och utveckla vår affärsmodell?

Vi är med och påverkar en av GlobalConnect's största affärer. Vi är ett Commercial Management team som tillsammans med säljteamen bygger erbjudanden som avgör om kunden väljer att köpa en fiber av oss och sedan aktivera tjänster till sitt hushåll, genom oss. Kundens behov styr vilka värden GlobalConnect erbjuder och då är det viktigt med rätt prisnivåer. Vi sätter prisnivåerna och säkrar de beslut som behövs för att kunna ge våra kunder ett attraktivt erbjudande.

Vi är under en förändring för att kunna möta våra kunders förändrade krav. I det arbetet behöver vi kontinuerligt se över vår prissättning. Ditt jobb blir att genom analyser och insikter ta fram och ge rekommendationer på de eventuella förändringar och strategier som behövs för att säkra GlobalConnect's lönsamhet framåt. Du tar även fram och förvaltar strategin för prissättning av våra produkter och tjänster.

Ditt nästa team

Vi är en enhet på ett 30-tal personer, fördelat på fyra team, som har en gedigen erfarenhet inom telekom och fiberaffären. Vårt Commercial Management team består av tre personer – där du kommer ingå som Pricing & Product Manager. Vi sitter utspridda på olika orter men det hindrar oss inte med att ha en bra gemenskap och samarbete. Du kommer med din erfarenhet kunna utmana och bidra i vår konstanta utveckling som team. Vi arbetar mycket tillsammans med andra enheter och ibland andra länder för att insamla information och fakta för att få fram de rätta förutsättningarna.

Vem är du?

Du har en mångårig erfarenhet från Telekombranschen. Du gillar att arbeta med siffror och arbeta med andra kollegor. Du har intresse av ekonomin i affärer och kan se hur en affär påverkar företagets resultat. Du är van att ta egna initiativ på att lösa dina frågeställningar och är inte rädd för att tillsammans med andra få fram den information som behövs. Du har integritet och med fakta stå för ditt arbete samt är van att presentera inför ledare på olika nivåer i organisationen. Du ska ha ett genuint intresse om telekom och den roll vi har i samhället. GlobalConnect har ett högt fokus inom digital inkludering, säkerhet och hållbart samhälle. Vi är under snabb förändring och det gäller att kunna hänga med och utvecklas och samtidigt förstå hur marknaden förändras.
