Ansvarsområden

Som Account Executive arbetar du med komplex B2B-försäljning och ansvarar för hela säljcykeln för våra nya kunder, där din prestation står i direkt relation till Benifys fortsatta framgång. Du kommer exempelvis att:

  • Prospektera nya kunder inom segmentet SME anställda)
  • Genomföra kalla samtal med potentiella kunder
  • Social selling - nå ut till prospekts via andra kommunikationssätt än telefon
  • Boka in och genomföra såväl digitala som fysiska kundmöten med C-level stakeholders (CEO, CPO, CFO etc).
  • Avtalsgenomgång, förhandling och signering av nya kunder till Benify

Efter signerat avtal lämnas kundansvaret över till Client Success som hanterar onboardingen av de nya kunderna.

Vi ser att du är säljorienterad och skicklig på att identifiera affärsmöjligheter. Du arbetar målinriktat för att driva kunddialogen mot avslut samtidigt som du värnar om att hålla dina löften. Vidare anpassar du dig efter föränderliga förhållanden och säkerställer löpande kund- och produktkunskap. För att lyckas behöver du vara organiserad och kunna administrera bokningar av såväl kundmöten som uppföljningar med bravur. Du är kommunikativ, har förmågan att förmedla information på ett tydligt och övertygande sätt samt presenterar för C-level stakholders med stor självsäkerhet. Samtidigt är du lyhörd i dialog med kund för att identifiera vart du kan tillföra värde och säkerställer att frågor eller problem reds ut snarast. Slutligen är du samarbetsvillig, värnar om andra människoroch delar med dig av information och expertis i teamet för att nå önskade resultat.

Vi ser också att du har...

  • Minst 1-2 års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, där du arbetat som Account Executive, Sales Executive eller Sales Consultant med hela säljprocessen (prospektering, kalla samtal, kundmöten, förhandling & signering av avtal).
  • Mycket goda språkkunskaper i såväl svenska som engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av att sälja en SaaS eller HR-lösning tidigare
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom B2B-försäljning, ekonomi, HR eller liknande.
