Om rollen

I rollen som Fältservicetekniker är det huvudsakliga arbetet underhåll, service, incidenthantering, drift och installation av mobil och fast infrastruktur samt fiber- och kopparförbindelser. Tjänsten kan innebära beredskap, arbete på hög höjd och även arbete kväll och nattetid.

Som Fältservicetekniker kommer du vara del av ett team som jobbar med drift och underhåll genom kapacitets- och kvalitetsoptimering samt utbyggnad av befintligt nät hos privat- och företagskunder. Arbetet innefattar mycket samarbete med teamet och kontakt med andra funktioner och kollegor på Tele2.

Kvalifikationer

  • Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med teknik inom koppar- och fiberförbindelser
  • Du har grundläggande kunskaper inom el
  • Du har god förståelse för kundens behov, är trygg i dig själv och besitter en hög social kompetens
  • Vill vidareutvecklas och ser just det som en naturlig del av arbetet
  • Du uttrycker dig väl i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Det är meriterande om du har teknisk erfarenhet från telekomsektorn
  • Du innehar B-körkort
