Vi söker nu dig som är redo att anta rollen som Talent Acquisition Manager på Knightec med målet att skapa den främsta rekryteringsfunktionen i Sverige.

Vad kommer du att få göra?

Ditt ansvar omfattar allt som faller in under begreppet Talent Acquisition – både på operativ och strategisk nivå. Du har fullt ansvar för fem medarbetare inom rekryteringsorganisationen, därför vill vi att du är en skicklig ledare med förmåga att motivera och engagera teamet samtidigt som ni styr stadigt mot uppsatta mål. Du äger även destrategiska frågorna som relaterar till att driva och utveckla funktionen med målet att hela tiden vässa ert erbjudande till verksamheten.

Vårt rekryteringsmål för 2024 är utmanande så din uppgift blir också att trimma rekryteringsprocessen så att den ständigt är så professionell och effektiv som möjligt samt att fortsätta arbetet med att skapa ett attraktivt arbetsgivarvarumärke. Förutom med ditt TA-team så kommer du att arbetanära såväl CHRO, som du även rapporterar till, som våra HR business partners och självklart våra linjechefer.

I rollen ingår även att stötta ledningen med chefsrekryteringar.

Vem är du?

Du är van att kombinera rekrytering av stora volymer med ett kvalitetsperspektiv och sätter stor vikt vid kandidatupplevelsen.

För att passa in i den här rollen och på Knightec har du ett brinnande intresse för rekrytering/Talent Acquisition och du räds inte för att driva de strategiska initiativen. Du behöver även använda din operativa erfarenhet av att implementera dessa på rätt sätt och med ett tydligt affärsperspektiv. Du har ett strukturerat arbetssätt där kvalitet och noggrannhet är viktiga komponenter och eftersom du har många kontaktytor såväl internt som externt så är du enskicklig kommunikatör som uttrycker sig väl på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
