We arelooking for a dynamic and tech savvy professional to join us in Sweden as aTalent Acquisition Partner. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be thedriving force behind mentoring and supporting hiring managers, enhancing theirrecruitment capabilities, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. As apivotal member of our team, you will contribute to bringing our overarchingP&O strategy to life


You’ll make an impact by

Takingend-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and executing the TalentAcquisition strategy. PositioningSiemens as an "Employer of Choice" and ensuring high-quality servicedelivery. Deliveringhires for roles that require advanced search and sourcing expertise. Drivingdevelopment within recruitment and talent acquisition, including mentoring andupskilling hiring managers. Stayingupdated on labor market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence tomaintain industry insight. Supportingbusiness needs in collaboration with Business Partners, including setting uponboarding strategies and contributing to organizational development andsuccession planning.

Your success will be grounded by

Holdinga Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relatedfield, with a passion for talent acquisition and at least 3 years of end-to-endrecruitment experience. Demonstratingproven expertise in sourcing and networking with candidates using tools likeLinkedIn Recruiter and being certified in personality and ability assessmenttools. Showingenthusiasm for working with people, being caring, approachable, and patient,with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. Possessingexcellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in Swedish andEnglish. Bringingcuriosity and a genuine eagerness to learn and try new things, with anadvantage if you have experience from a global corporation.
