Vad kommer du att göra?

Du kommer hålla i taktpinnen och driva Svenska Spels arbetsgivarvarumärke framåt.Några viktiga ansvarsområden som vi ser att du kommer jobba med är:

Strategisk utveckling: I rollen som Employer Branding Manager blir du nyckelpersonen bakom Svenska Spels arbetsgivarvarumärke. Ditt uppdrag blir att utveckla, implementera och genomföra strategier för employer branding, med målet är att attrahera talanger och engagera våra medarbetare och andra intressenter.

Engagerande innehåll:Du kommer att ha en central roll i att skapa och distribuera innehåll som engagerar för rätt målgrupper ochöver olika plattformar såsom sociala medier och våra karriärsidor. Detta för att effektivt förmedla vår historia och värderingar.

Mätningar och analys: Ditt ansvar inkluderar att genomföra mätningar och analyser för att utvärdera effektiviteten av våra initiativ. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att kontinuerligt identifiera och genomföra förbättringar.

Relationer och samarbete: Du kommer att bygga och upprätthålla många relationer med både kollegor och externa samarbetspartners. Du trivs med att självständigt driva projekt och resultat men jobbar också tillsammans i flera team.

Du kommer att vara en viktig del av vårt internkommunikationsteam som ansvarar för koncernens medarbetarkommunikation. Du kommer till ett härligt gäng som hjälper varandra både när det gäller strategi och skapande. I vardagen jobbar du också nära vårt Talent Acquisition team och hela HR där ni tillsammans kommer identifiera initiativ för att nå vårt mål om rätt kompetens, på rätt plats i rätt tid och vårt koncernövergripande mål om Sveriges bästa medarbetarupplevelse. Du kommer jobba med alla delar av Svenska Spels organisation och bygga ditt interna nätverk.

Är du den som kommer att göra det?

Vi tror att du brinner för att arbeta med arbetsgivarvarumärket lika mycket som vi gör, att du gärna testar nya saker och att din nyfikenhet leder dig framåt. Du har ett starkt eget driv, en kreativ förmåga och trivs i en miljö där arbetsuppgifterna skiftar

  • Du har minst 3-års tidigare erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med employer branding- & arbetsgivarvarumärke.
  • Erfarenhet av strategisk och operativ intern- och externkommunikation.
  • Goda kunskaper i att jobba med bild och videomaterial.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med sociala mediekanaler.
  • Du är en lysande skribent på både svenska och engelska som kan skapa engagerande berättelser anpassat både till målgrupp och kanal.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i att paketera och förankra budskap.
  • Proffs på relationsskapande och nätverksbyggande.
  • Erfarenhet av omvärldsbevakning, analys och mätning ur ett varumärkesbyggande perspektiv.
