We have recently introduced our Asset Management Forward '28 strategy and are embarking on various significant transformative projects that will be overseen by project managers within our Business Projects team. Join our team to apply your asset management expertise in driving key business changes alongside colleagues from our Asset Management organization.

An autonomous role with extensive organizational engagement

As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute complex, large-scale business projects by collaborating closely with stakeholders and project teams. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to leverage your project management and asset management background. You will have considerable professional autonomy to guide your projects independently, supported by the necessary resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing projects with high quality standards from inception to completion
  • Fostering a positive team environment
  • Providing constructive challenges and resolving business-related issues
  • Engaging and coordinating various stakeholders for progress and decision-making
  • Maintaining effective and transparent communication within the project team and broader organization
  • Continuous self-improvement and team development

Expertise in Asset Management Business and Experience

We are seeking individuals with a robust understanding of asset management practices to contribute and expand their knowledge base. The ideal candidate should possess significant project management experience and operate with high integrity, prioritizing ethical decision-making. You should be self-motivated, excel in structured work environments, and adept at leading project teams towards successful outcomes.

Given the routine interaction with diverse stakeholders across the asset management landscape, exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities are paramount. Additionally, a proactive attitude, a drive for achievement, and a willingness to explore new business domains are essential traits.

We are looking for candidates who exhibit enthusiasm for collaborative delivery and demonstrate alignment with the desired skill set:

  • Several years of project management experience
  • Strong background in asset management or fund management
  • Capability to direct and motivate team members effectively
  • Collaborative, proactive, and optimistic approach
  • Methodical work style with a focus on task completion
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
