About the role
In this role, you will be the face of the customer, playing a crucial part in creating a positive atmosphere and a great experience in the workplace. Your strong service-oriented mindset contributes to making our customer's workday hassle-free and delivering top-notch service.

As a Floor Host, you will handle various tasks in diverse environments. We place great importance on your personal and humble commitment, as well as your ability to address and resolve issues that may arise. Collaboration is key as we operate as a team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Mail and goods handling, managing and ordering office supplies and tools
  • Visitor reception and serving refreshments
  • Administrative tasks and reporting of malfunctions
  • Supervision of meeting rooms, conference equipment, printers, and other office devices. Ordering and restocking office supplies and consumables
  • Supervision and reporting of common areas
  • Handling of service vehicles requiring a B driver's license

The assignment is part of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your responsibilities, you are expected to assist with other areas within facility services. We are looking for someone who is humble and willing to take on the responsibility of managing the entire office operation, appreciating a varied work environment.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking candidates with experience in roles such as receptionist, conference host, hotel, caretaking, retail, or other positions with high service standards. Additionally, you should be proficient in computer skills and have completed high school. Experience in IT-related duties or caretaking tasks is advantageous.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy being a company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering top-notch service. You have strong communication skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish [and English / or are proficient in English] verbally and in writing.

About Trafikverket
Trafikverket is a Swedish authority responsible for long-term infrastructure planning for road traffic, rail traffic, maritime transport, and aviation. Some aspects of the customer's operations are subject to the Security Act, which may necessitate security screening with a registry check before employment.
