Conference & Event Host har ansvar för hela gästens upplevelse under konferensen.
I tjänsten ingår:
Ansvara för att alla gäster blir korrekt mottagna i enlighet med Passion at ClarionAnsvara för mottagning och service av arrangemangansvarig och hotellets kontaktperson under hela arrangemangetUppgifter med vikt på AV- teknik och kundserviceMeeting & Event Host förväntas ha god kännedom om konferensrutiner. Detta för att kunna tillmötesgå våra gäster på bästa sätt. Meeting & Event Host förväntas ha god teknikkännedom inom samtliga lokaler när det gäller ljud, ljus och bild. Tillse att samtliga punkter på skiftets checklista blir genomförda och registreradeAnsvara för att hålla samtliga lokaler och konferensytor rena och prydliga. Varje arrangemang är uniktMeeting & Event Host förväntas vara närvarande i pauser; uppfylla diverse önskemål från gästernas sida, hålla ytor rena, byta ut bord och stolarRiggning av möbler, AV-utrustning, mässor, banketter, etc. dagen före evenemangetGå en runda varje morgon innan gästerna anländer och se till att allt är i sin ordningAlla anställda har ansvar att
Vara uppdaterad och kunnig i hotellets brand- och säkerhetsrutinerAktivt delta på avdelningsmöten. Aktivt använder hotellets feedbacksystem, Loopon. Inga förkunskaper i systemet krävs.Att företagets policies efterlevs så som exempelvis klädpolicyAtt ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra.Att behandla våra gäster och kollegor med respektÖvriga arbetsuppgifter som tilldelats av närmsta ledare.Tjänsten innebär arbete under kväll, helger och ibland dagtid. Vid tillsättning presenteras en fullständig arbetsbeskrivning, samt en översikt över mandat och förväntningar.
Rekrytering sker löpande och tjänsten kan tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag går ut.

Möjlighet finns till en anställning om extra dagar efter periodens slut.
