Exciting Opportunity: Account Manager - Digital Media

We're expanding our Promote team and seeking an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for people, fostering relationships, and expertise in digital marketing and media to join us.

Our mission is to delight our users continuously and keep them engaged. We are in search of someone enthusiastic about delivering top-notch customer experiences.

In this role, your focus will be on establishing and nurturing user relationships, guiding users on recruitment and marketing strategies, devising media plans, creating and refining ads, optimizing campaigns, and more.

You will play a pivotal role in developing this business segment, enhancing user relationships, services, offerings, and refining digital recruitment initiatives for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Assess customer requirements
  • Conduct demos and present services to potential clients
  • Offer guidance and best practices for digital recruitment campaigns and media strategies
  • Develop and enhance campaigns
  • Utilize data analytics to track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team projects
  • Participate in the advancement of ad creation, customer relations, services, offerings, and more
We Are Looking for Someone Who...
  • Comes from a Sales or Customer Success background
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in Digital Media
  • Recognizes the significance of compelling copywriting and appealing visual content
  • Possesses a strong understanding of "reach and attract" strategies
  • Is solution-oriented, organized, and adept at time management
  • Demonstrates analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven skills
  • Is creative, innovative, and thinks unconventionally
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English
  • Displays exceptional social skills and a dedication to client assistance
