What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide HR operational support to the Stockholm, Gothenburg and Finland Offices supporting several different business areas. You will partner with Line Managers across the business on a range of HR issues encompassing the entire employee life cycle, including supporting some of our very top leaders in the Company.
You will be based in our Stockholm office where English is our working language.
This is a professional and demanding Senior HR Manager role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a senior level HR capacity previously. It would also be advantageous if you have worked in an international environment and enjoy working with people from all over the world. You will be happy to manage all aspects of the HR and employee lifecycle and not be afraid to work autonomously and get stuck in.
The role is reporting to regional SVP Human Resources and will be part of a global HR team.
Accountabilities
- Drive a trusted HR function that partners with our leaders to understand priorities and advise on the need for strategic change and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and continuous work on the Employee Experience.
- Provide expert advice to our leaders on compensation, salary management, pension and insurances, employee relations, employment law, recruitment, selection and performance management.
- Responsible for implementation of full cycle Employee Experience including recruitment, onboarding, development of employees, culture, and diversity & inclusion.
- Lead the deployment of People/HR strategies, policies, training, guidelines, and initiatives, as well as, providing advice and assistance to leaders and employees on human resource policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Be part of the Local Management Committee for the Stockholm Office and help support the running of the offices in Gothenburg and Finland.
- Responsible for the running of the Stockholm Office
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience within Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Business or similar
- Several years of relevant work experience from strategic HR and People Processes within an international environment as a line manager
- In-depth understanding of Swedish employment laws and experience of negotiating with Unions
- Proven ability to analyze business trends and initiate HR actions to meet current and future business needs
- Ability to build trustful relations and communicate efficiently with different stakeholders
- Excellent and adaptable verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
- Sense of humour is a plus and overcomes barriers
