We are looking for a new Global HRBP

As a Global HRBP at Intrum in Stockholm, you will have a key role as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for the functional management team. This position involves managing various stakeholders, adapting to current business needs, and participating in both short-term and long-term HR planning. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Global HR strategies, addressing business needs, and advancing global HR processes.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic, tactical, and operational HR support to management/leadership teams, empowering leaders
  • Developing and implementing HR activities to tackle business challenges
  • Enhancing the development of management/leadership teams and their organizations
  • Supporting the business in managing change
  • Implementing and integrating Global HR initiatives, concepts, processes, and policies
  • Utilizing data for decision-making purposes
  • Strengthening company culture and employee experience
  • Assisting and coaching managers in building competitive teams
  • Engaging in various HR projects
  • Conducting competence analysis and mapping
  • Supporting the optimization of organizational design for increased efficiency
  • Developing an 'functional' HR strategy aligned with business objectives and the Global HR strategy

What qualifications are we seeking:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as an HRBP or in similar HR roles
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience collaborating with senior management teams
  • Proven track record of success in an international setting
  • Experience in the Finance industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
