Om rollen
Som ansvarig för medarbetarkommunikation i Sverige är din huvudsakliga uppgift vara rådgivare för, planera och ta fram internkommunikation riktad till våra kollegor inom din marknad. I rollen kommer du, förutom att arbeta nära dina kollegor i det nordiska teamet och vår enhet Brand Marketing & Communication, också ha ett tätt samarbete med ledare och specialister i vår svenska verksamhet.

Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter:

  • Övergripande ansvar för att internkommunikationen i Sverige ligger i linje med vår strategi, kultur och varumärke.
  • Redaktör för intranätet och informationsskärmar på kontoren, med huvudansvar för planering och produktion av redaktionellt innehåll till dessa i nära samarbete med dina nordiska kollegor.
  • Rådgivning, planering och innehållsproduktion för lokala projekt.
  • Genomförande och anpassning av nordiska projekt på din lokala marknad, inklusive event.
  • Kris- och förändringskommunikation.
  • Kommunikationsrådgivning för chefer och medarbetare i Sverige.

Vi är ett nordiskt internkommunikationsteam som förutom landsansvariga består utav nordiska internkommunikationsspecialister. Vi är en kreativ, ambitiös och inkluderande grupp som värderar vår team-känsla högt. Tillsammans så arbetar vi mot vårt gemensamma mål att bygga starka ambassadörer för If genom effektiv kommunikation, en stark kultur och engagerade medarbetare. Sen nyligen är vi också strategiska kommunikationspartners till HR i deras uppdrag att behålla och attrahera talang till If och har ansvarar för att koordinera Employer Branding arbetet inom vår enhet Brand Marketing & Communication.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en verklig passion för medarbetarkommunikation och kulturbyggande. Du trivs med att arbeta affärsnära och ser värdet i att koppla samman affärs- och kommunikationsstrategi. Som person är du kreativ och lösningsorienterad och uppskattar en omväxlande vardag. Du är noggrann, organiserad och effektiv med förmågan att få saker gjorda. I hektiska perioder är du bra på att prioritera och kan lyfta blicken och se vad som ger mest värde på lång sikt. Du är duktig på att bygga relationer och är en uppskattad kollega med ett positivt mindset och genuin omtanke för människor i din omgivning.

  • Du har relevant utbildning inom kommunikation/marknadsföring på universitetsnivå och minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.
  • Du är van att planera och skapa effektiv och engagerande kommunikation i en bredd av kanaler och du är en uppskattad kommunikationsrådgivare.
  • Du är en mycket stark kommunikatör och skribent, på så väl svenska som engelska.
  • Du har erfarenhet av förändrings- och kriskommunikation.
  • Erfarenhet från börsbolag och/eller av finansiell kommunikation är meriterande.
