Your impact and responsibilities

As Sales Director you are responsible ​to:
Represent LOGEX in the region. Lead a team to meet and exceed subscription sales growth quotas, setting high standards for sales process and discipline amongst the team. Partner effectively with supporting functions. Drive linear and predictable performance for the business. Forecast accurately in order to meet region and company goals. Drive development of plans for growth of markets through understanding of requirements, consultative and value based sales. Establish senior relationships and align executive relationships across stakeholders within key clients. Leadership through coaching, mentoring and training of team and partner other roles within the business such as marketing, services and product development.

Your team

You will become part of the revenue team with team members across our European offices. The team is around 30 professionals strong (and growing) and focuses on selling Healthcare Analytics software solutions to new clients and maintaining existing customer accounts in healthcare.

Your profile

Ideally you bring along the following experience:
You have 8+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS sales You have a relevant network in Healthcare including experience with C level stakeholders Your experience includes healthcare and/or public sector sales You have a proven record of sales results and a structured way of working You have a pragmatic 'can-do' mentality You have a strong drive and want to have an impact on the business You are: fluent in Swedish and English (other European languages are an advantage) based in Sweden potentially Gothenburg area and willing to travel through the region We value eagerness to learn over meeting all requirements.
