CGI Global Technology Operations (GTO) erbjuder och levererar konsult- och infrastrukturtjänster till ledande företag, organisationer och myndigheter. Som Director Consulting Delivery får du möjlighet att jobba tillsammans med kompetenta kollegor som har djup teknisk expertis, stark branschkunskap och ansvarar tillsammans för en bred kundportfölj. Tillsammans jobbar teamet med ansvar för kundkontakt, leverans, kvalitet, kundnöjdhet och merförsäljning.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Som Director Consulting Delivery kommer du att jobba med resursplanering, utveckling av befintliga affärer, säkerhetsställa leverans och upprätthålla en stark dialog med kunderna. Samtidigt som du aktivt deltar i lokala nätverk för att främja företagets närvaro och tillväxt. Rollen kräver en förmåga att optimera affärer genom att gå bortom ren leveransfokus och i stället fokusera på långsiktiga strategier och mervärde för kunden.

Ditt jobb kommer exempelvis att bestå av:

Affärsutveckling och kundrelationer:

• Aktivt arbeta med att utveckla befintliga affärer och erbjudanden genom att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter

• Underhålla starka och långsiktiga relationer med kunder genom regelbunden dialog och förståelse för deras behov och utmaningarStrategiskt samarbete och beslutsfattande:

• Delta i beslutsprocesser kring IT-samarbeten och vara en viktig röst i att utforma strategier och lösningar som gynnar både kunden och företaget

• Aktivt bidra med insikter och förslag för att optimera affärsrelationer och uppnå gemensamma målUtveckling av team:

• Aktivt leda, driva och utveckla ett team med Service Delivery Managers mfl.

• Deltaga i utveckling av kundsamverkansmodeller och hur vi optimalt jobbar i dessa.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Vi söker dig som har minst 3 års sammanhängande ledarerfarenhet. Vi tror att du idag jobbar som konsultchef, Account Manager eller annan likvärdig roll där du driver kunddialoger i syfte att skapa merförsäljningsmöjligheter samt omförhandlar kontrakt. Vidare behöver du ha erfarenhet av att jobba inom IT-infrastrukturdrift, Cloud eller Managed Services. Det är meriterande om du har examen från universitet eller högskola inom ett relevant område.

Som person är du strukturerad och fokuserad på att säkerställa en effektiv och affärsmässig organisation. Du har en god analytisk förmåga, besitter strategisk höjd med syfte att implementera långsiktiga strategier för leverans av leveranser i toppklass. Vidare är du en resultatorienterad person som drivs av att uppnå resultat genom att se till att leverera gröna siffror på sista raden samtidigt som du har förmåga att hitta nya affärsmöjligheter som bidrar till ett ännu bättre resultat.
